Spy Briefing, LLC and any of its subsidiaries, employees, officers, vendors, affiliates and agents will not be responsible for any late, lost or damaged entries. Any promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Spy Briefing, LLC or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the online promotion.

Purchase will not increase your odds of winning. This online promotion is void where prohibited. This online promotion is only open to United States residents, except residents of New Jersey and Connecticut and Rhode Island. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter this online promotion. You must be legally allowed to drive a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license. If you are not eligible to win the prize, Spy Briefing, LLC reserves the right to not award the prize to you. Employees, officers, agents, and family members of each are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. There is a strict limit of one entry per person. Any person who submits multiple entries will be automatically disqualified.

One winner will receive a mini bug out trailer similar to the pictures shown on the page. Spy Briefing, LLC has sole discretion in choosing the exact trailer to give away. The winner will get the trailer “as-is” and is responsible for any and all repairs. The winner is responsible for all transfer taxes and fees associated with getting the trailer from Jason. Winner is also responsible for transferring the trailer from Cedar City, UT (exact address of trailer pickup is 2645 N Canyon Ranch Dr, Cedar City, UT 84721.) Winner is responsible for all costs of getting trailer from Cedar City UT to their location. Total approximate value of this trailer is around $10,000. After winner is notified, they have 30 days to claim their prize and to come and get the trailer in Cedar City, UT. After 30 days, if the trailer has not been picked up, the winner forfeits the prize and another winner will be chosen.

The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be awarded. If winner does not claim their prize within a 30-day period after notification by email, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) are allowed. Limit of one prize per household. The prize is awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, including, without limitation, any implied warranty. The potential winner will be required to provide Spy Briefing, LLC with proof of their identity via a driver’s license or other valid government-issued I.D.

The promotion starts at 4:00am MDT on December 7, 2020 and ends at 4:00am MDT on December 1, 2021. All entries must be received during this period to be eligible to win. The winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held at Spy Briefing, LLC, 124 S. Main Street #4090 Cedar City, UT 84720. The potential winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the drawing. To claim their prize, the winner must follow all instructions contained in their email notification.

By entering this online promotion, you release Spy Briefing, LLC and all released parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the online promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the promotion constitutes permission to use each winner's name, hometown, persona, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
